STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS:
We began by strategically demolishing interior walls to create a more open and flowing layout. New walls were constructed to redefine the space and improve functionality.
FLOORING & FINISHES:
The existing flooring was replaced with stylish and durable herringbone vinyl, adding a touch of elegance and warmth. Walls were expertly skimmed to provide a smooth canvas for painting, and new ceilings were installed to create a fresh, modern look.
ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING:
A complete overhaul of the electrical system was undertaken, including a new DB box and rewiring to meet modern standards and ensure safety. Outdated plumbing pipes were replaced with new, efficient systems.
WINDOW & DOOR REPLACEMENT:
All windows and doors were replaced, improving energy efficiency and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the home. This included the installation of sleek and contemporary aluminium shutters, providing both style and privacy.
LIGHTING & FIXTURES:
New lights and points were strategically placed throughout the house, creating a well-lit and inviting atmosphere.
PAINTING & DECORATING:
The walls and ceilings were professionally painted in a carefully selected colour palette, bringing a fresh and vibrant feel to the entire home.
COMPLETE BATHROOM RENOVATIONS:
The bathrooms were completely redesigned and renovated, featuring modern fixtures, tiling, and finishes, creating spa-like retreats.
